C管理模式下高校统一战线工作体系构建研究

摘　　要：高校统一战线工作是党的统战工作的重要内容,构建高校大统战格局对于高校治理和发展具有重要意义。本文通过分析当前高校统战工作的发展现状和问题,借鉴C管理模式理论,创新性地将其注重人本管理的组织运营观引入多元化的高校统战工作体系构建中,对促进高校党建管理能力的提升具有积极作用。The united front work is an important part of the Party's united front work,and it is of great significance for the governance and development of colleges and universities to construct the great united front pattern.Based on the analysis of the current development status and problems of united front work in colleges and universities,this paper innovatively draws on the theory of C model Management and introduces its people-oriented management concept of organization and operation into the construction of diversified united front work system in colleges and universities,which plays a positive role in promoting the improvement of the management ability of Party construction in colleges and universities.
