摘 要:目的对两种常用的水中氟化物测定方法,即离子选择电极法和离子色谱法进行一致性比较分析。方法采用离子选择电极法和离子色谱法分别测定考核样品、监测样品中氟的含量,通过校准曲线、检出限、定量限、准确度和精密度等对两种方法测得的氟浓度进行一致性检验分析。结果两种方法的标准曲线相关系数较好,均达到了0.999以上,离子色谱法的检出限、定量限、测量范围优于离子选择电极法,但是离子选择电极法精密度和测量信度稍好,两种方法检测结果差异无统计学意义,均能满足大部分水中氟化物的分析要求。结论两种方法各有优势,都已成为实验室主要检测手段。在具体测定水中氟化物含量时,可以根据实验室及样品的具体条件选择仪器设备和方法。Objective To compare the consistency between the ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography in determination of fluorine in water. Methods The fluoride contents in water assessment samples and water monitoring samples were determined by ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography, respectively, and the consistency of the fluoride concentrations measured by the two methods were analyzed by calibration curve, detection limit, limit of quantification, accuracy and precision. ResultsThe standard curves of the two methods showed a relatively good correlation coefficient, both reaching above 0.999. Ion chromatography method has better detection limit, limit of quantification, and range of measurement than the ion selective electrode method, while the ion selective electrode method has better precision and measurement reliability. There is no significant difference between the two methods, and both methods meet the analysis requirements for fluoride in drinking water. Conclusion The two methods have their own advantages and have become the main methods for laboratory detection. Instruments and methods could be selected according to the specific conditions and samples during the determination of fluoride in domestic water.
