摘　　要：功能性消化不良发病率高,且难以治愈。现代医学治疗效果欠佳,中医药治疗本病优势明显。现有的相关中医指南及共识虽然规范了其证型及其方药,但针对中成药的使用却尚未形成统一意见。本次共识在前期文献基础上,结合云南地区发病现状及饮食规律,通过召集脾胃病相关专家,经多轮投票及修改后,最终形成具有云南少数民族医药特色的《功能性消化不良云南中成药应用专家共识》,以期指导临床用药。Functional dyspepsia has a high incidence and is difficult to cure. Modern medical treatment effect is not good, but TCM treatment of the disease has obvious advantages. Although the existing TCM treatment guidelines and consensus regulate the syndrome types and medicines of functional dyspepsia, there is no unified opinion on the use of Chinese patent medicine. This consensus is based on the previous literature, combined with the current situation of the disease and dietary patterns in Yunnan, and by convening experts related to spleen and stomach diseases, after multiple rounds of voting and revision, the Functional Dyspepsia in Yunnan Chinese Patent Medicine Application Expert Consensus with the characteristics of Yunnan ethnic medicine was formed, in order to guide clinical medication.
