摘　　要：2型糖尿病作为一种慢性疾病,因其高患病率和复杂的并发症,始终是相关研究热点。中医防治2型糖尿病疗效显著,健脾是其重要治法之一,但具体作用机制尚待探讨。研究表明,肠道免疫机制在2型糖尿病的发生发展中起着重要作用,健脾治法也被证实可以调节肠道免疫。本文通过梳理肠道免疫与2型糖尿病、健脾法调节肠道免疫相关研究,探讨健脾类方药防治2型糖尿病的潜在机制,为相关研究提供参考。As a chronic disease,type 2 diabetes mellitus has always become a research focus due to its high prevalence and complex complications.In the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,TCM is effective,among which invigorating the spleen is one of the important treatments,but its mechanism remains to be explored.Studies have shown that intestinal immune mechanism plays an important role in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus.The spleen-invigorating therapy has also been demonstrated to regulate intestinal immunity.This article sorted out the research progress of intestinal immunity and type 2 diabetes mellitus,and spleen-invigorating therapy to regulate intestinal immunity,explored the potential mechanism of spleen-invigorating prescriptions for preventing and treating type 2 diabetes mellitus,in order to provide reference for related research.
