摘　　要：目的分析中医药抗心肌细胞凋亡研究文献,了解该领域发展现状和研究趋势。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)和Wed of Science核心集建库至2021年12月16日收录的中医药抗心肌细胞凋亡研究文献。采用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件分析发文量、作者、研究机构、关键词并进行可视化展示。结果共纳入中文文献955篇、英文文献278篇,年发文量总体呈稳步增长趋势。形成了以谢世阳、冯建宇、刘舜禹和Li Chun、Jin Chen等作者为主、多人协作的合作关系,全国中医药高校及其附属医院、中医研究院为主要研究机构,但机构之间缺乏跨地域合作。结论分子机制、实验研究、病理生理、疾病、基因表达、中医药治疗是目前研究热点,研究趋势以中医药治疗缺血再灌注损伤为主,主要围绕氧化应激、抗氧化与自噬途径展开广泛研究。Objective To analyze the literature on anti-myocardial apoptosis in TCM;To understand the development status and research trends in this field.Methods Literature about TCM anti-myocardial apoptotic was retrieved by computer from CNKI and Wed of Science from the establishment to December 16,2021.CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to analyze the number of publications,authors,research institutions and keywords,and perform visual display.Results A total of 955 articles in Chinese and 278 articles in English were included,with an overall trend of steady growth in the number each year.A multi-collaborative relationship has been formed with authors such as Xie Shiyang,Feng Jianyu,Liu Shunyu,Li Chun and Jin Chen.The national TCM colleges and universities,their affiliated hospitals and the academy of Chinese medicine were the main research institutions,but there was a lack of cross-regional cooperation among institutions.Conclusion Molecular mechanisms,experimental studies,pathophysiology,diseases,gene expression,and TCM treatment are the current research hotspots.Research trends are focused on TCM for the treatment of ischemia-reperfusion injury,with extensive research focusing on oxidative stress,antioxidant and autophagic pathways.
