黄培新运用益气升阳法治疗帕金森病非运动症状经验

摘　　要：非运动症状是贯穿帕金森病全程的一系列病症。中医整体观念在治疗非运动症状上具有特色和优势。黄培新教授认为,帕金森病非运动症状的病机是阳气虚弱、清阳不升,治应益气升阳,方药不离升举清阳、健脾补肾、通阳疏肝、豁除浊阴四方面,临床疗效显著。Non-motor symptoms is a series of symptoms throughout the whole process of Parkinson disease.The holism of TCM has its own characteristics and advantages in the treatment of non-motor symptoms.Professor Huang Peixin believes that the pathogenesis of non-motor symptoms of Parkinson disease is yang-qi deficiency and the yang failing to rise.The treatment should use the Yiqi Shengyang(supplementing qi and promoting yang)method,and the prescription should include four aspects:lifting the yang qi,strengthening spleen and kidney,soothing the liver yang,and eliminating turbid yin.The clinical efficacy is remarkable.
