1例帕金森叠加综合征伴吞咽功能障碍反复肺部感染患者的护理体会

摘　　要：1例老年女性帕金森叠加综合征(PPS)患者,因吞咽功能障碍导致误吸引起反复肺部感染,予有创机械通气呼吸支持、抗休克、抗感染、纠正多脏器功能衰竭及营养支持治疗。在纠正感染性休克撤离高级生命支持后,除常规护理外,增加吞咽功能护理评估、吞咽功能康复锻炼及口腔分泌物观察等护理措施。随访8周,患者未再发生因误吸导致的肺部感染。An elderly woman with Parkinsonism plus syndrome(PPS)presented with recurrent pulmonary infection due to aspiration caused by swallowing dysfunction.Treatment included invasive mechanical ventilation,respiratory support,anti-shock,anti-infection therapy,correction of multiple organ failure and nutritional support.After withdrawal from advanced life support after correction of septic shock,nursing evaluation of swallowing function,rehabilitation exercise of swallowing function and observation of oral secretions were added in addition to routine nursing evaluation and measures.The patient did not develop pulmonary infection due to aspiration during the 8 weeks of follow-up.
