前交叉韧带重建术后患者居家康复影响因素及干预策略研究进展

摘　　要：前交叉韧带重建术后早期康复以居家康复为主,但目前尚未得到充分有效的管理监督。影响居家康复的因素包括个体健康行为、情绪状态与个性特质、康复依从性、家庭社会核心功能、康复团队胜任力,干预策略以组建多学科康复团队、运动意象训练、认知行为干预、远程居家康复为主。Early rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction focuses on home rehabilitation,but it has not been fully and effectively supervised.Factors affecting home rehabilitation include individual health behavior,emotional state and personality traits,rehabilitation compliance,family social core function,rehabilitation team competency.The main intervention strategies cover multidisciplinary rehabilitation team,motor imagery training,cognitive behavioral intervention and remote home rehabilitation.
