摘　　要：研发一种基于可膨胀堵漏剂的KPD堵漏工艺。此堵漏剂由水泥、特种添加剂与多尺度暂堵纤维按照一定比例复配而成,具有可膨胀、抗压强度可调、易钻除等优点,可有效增大地层的压力安全窗口。该工艺应用于东胜气田现场,一次封堵的成功率较高,效果良好。A KPD plugging technology based on expandable plugging agent is studied in this paper.This plugging agent is composed of cement,special additives and multi-scale temporary plugging fiber in a certain proportion and it has the advantages of expandability,adjustable compressive strength and easy drilling,which effectively increases the pressure safety window of the formation.The process has been applied to the field of Dongsheng Gas Field,with high success rate and good effect.
