房建项目商务成本精细化管理在施工阶段的应用研究

摘　　要：随着我国建筑行业的现代化建设与发展,房建项目的体量增长,规模扩大,为了防控施工单位项目经营风险,增强项目盈利能力,提高项目的经济效益、综合效益,促进施工企业持续健康发展,就要将精细化管理的理念贯穿到项目成本管理的过程当中。基于此,对精细化管理在房建工程项目成本管理中的优势进行了探讨,分析了精细化管理在房建工程项目施工阶段成本管理中的具体应用。In order to prevent and control the project management risk of the construction unit,enhance the project profit-ability,improve the economic and comprehensive benefits of the project,and promote the sustainable and healthy develop-ment of the construction enterprise,the concept of fine management should be integrated into the process of project cost management.This paper discusses the advantages of fine management in the cost management of housing construction project,and analyzes the application of fine management in the cost management of housing construction project.
