摘　　要：餐厨垃圾在生活垃圾中占据较大的一部分,在治理与管理上存在较大的难度。在强制分类背景下,建立完善的餐厨垃圾管理制度意义重大。基于此,阐迷了强制分类的内容以及餐厨垃圾管理的意义,对强制分类背景下我国城市餐厨拉极管理制度的构建措施展开探究。Food waste accounts for a large part of domestic waste,which is dificult to control and manage.In the context of mandatory classification,it is of great significance to establish a sound food waste management system.Based on this,this paper expounds the content of compulsory classification and the significance of food waste management,and probes into the construction measures of urban food waste management system in China under the background of compulsory classification.
