摘　　要：原发性甲状腺功能亢进是临床上甲亢最常见的病因,近些年来发病率有逐年升高的趋势。手术是治疗原发性甲状腺功能亢进最彻底的方式,充分的术前准备是手术成功的关键。通过调研国内外文献及指南,现总结并分析现有术前准备方案的有效性及安全性。Graves’Disease is the most common cause of clinical hyperthyroidism,and its incidence has been increasing year by year in recent years.Surgery is the most thorough way to treat Graves’Disease,and adequate preoperative preparation is the key to successful surgery.Through the investigation of domestic and foreign literature and guidelines,this paper summarizes and analyzes the effectiveness and safety of the existing preoperative preparation program.
