三次风量调节对窑内温度及煤耗的影响

摘　　要：Ф4.8 m回转窑,窑尾烟室缩口Ф2.4 m,窑头燃烧器采用BF-50大推力燃烧器,选取三次风位于大窑头罩和小窑头罩两种情况,利用CFD研究三次风管有效内径分别为2 400 mm、2 800 mm和3 200 mm时窑内的温度和窑头的用煤量。分析表明,当篦冷机供风量不变,窑头煤量一定的情况下,三次风量越大,二次风温度越高,窑内温度越高;当维持一定的窑内温度,二次风温度越高,窑头用煤量越少;相对于大窑头罩,小窑头罩的二次风温度约高100℃,获得相同的窑内温度,窑头用煤量相应减少。For a rotary kiln with a diameter of 4.8 m,the shrinkage diameter of the kiln tail smoke chamber is 2.4 m,and the kiln head burner adopts a BF-50 high-thrust burner.CFD studies the temperature in the kiln and the coal consumption at the kiln head when the effective inner diameters of the tertiary air ducts are 2400 mm,2800 mm and 3200 mm respectively.The analysis shows that when the air supply volume of the grate cooler remains unchanged and the coal volume at the kiln head is constant,the greater the tertiary air volume,the higher the temperature of the secondary air,and the higher the temperature in the kiln;when maintaining a certain temperature in the kiln,the secondary air The higher the temperature,the less coal consumption at the kiln head;compared with the large kiln hood,the secondary air temperature of the small kiln hood is about 100 T higher,and the same kiln temperature is obtained,and the coal consumption at the kiln head is correspondingly reduced.
