濒危植物琅琊榆种子萌发及幼苗生长特性研究

摘  要:分别以琅琊榆种子和幼苗为试材,采用室内和室外培养的方法,分别研究了不同栽培基质对其种子萌发的影响和1~3年生幼苗的生长规律。结果表明:不同栽培基质条件下,种子发芽率依次为泥炭>珍珠岩>蛭石。5℃低温储藏可以加快琅琊榆种子萌发,提高发芽率,储藏10 d后发芽率增加35.15%。随着苗龄增加,琅琊榆地径、根系平均直径和体积增长呈先慢后快的趋势,而苗高、叶面积、叶干重、总根长、根系表面积增长呈先快后慢的趋势。该研究为提高琅琊榆的育苗技术和解决其濒危问题提供参考依据。The seeds and seedlings of Ulmus chenmoui were used as test materials to study the effects of different culture media on seed germination and the growth law of 1 to 3 years old seedlings by indoor and outdoor culture methods. The results showed that the order of seed germination rate was peat>perlite>vermiculite under different culture media. Cold storage at 5 ℃ could accelerate the germination of Ulmus chenmoui seeds and improve the germination rate. After storage for 10 days, the germination rate increased by 35.15%. With the increase of seedling age, the ground diameter, average root diameter and total volume of Ulmus chenmoui increased slowly first and then rapidly, while the seedling height, leaf area, leaf dry weight, total root length, root surface area and average diameter increased rapidly first and then slowly. This study provides reference basis for improving the seedling raising technology of Ulmus chenmoui and solving its endangered problem.
