高等农业院校学生情绪智力领导力发展调查研究——以安徽农业大学为例

摘　　要：人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源。领导力是新时代大学生必备的基本素质,领导力教育是培养具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、堪当国际责任卓越人才的重要途径。文章根据领导力理论采用学生情绪智力领导力研究模型,从情景认知、自我认知和他者认知3个维度对大学生情绪智力领导力进行了分析,评估了高等农业院校学生的情绪智力领导力发展总体水平,就增强高等农业院校学生情绪智力领导力提出相关建议。Talents are the strategic resources to achieve national rejuvenation and win the initiative in international competition. Leadership is an essential basic quality for college students in the new era.Leadership education is an important way to cultivate outstanding talents who have international vision,understand international rules and can handle international responsibilities. Based on leadership theory,this paper adopts the research model of students’ EQ leadership, analyzes EQ leadership of college students from three dimensions of situational cognition, self-cognition and other-cognition, evaluates the overall level of the development of EQ leadership among agricultural college students, and puts forward relevant suggestions on enhancing the EQ leadership among agricultural college students.
