基于SWOT分析上海市青浦区休闲农业发展对策

摘　　要：运用SWOT分析发现,青浦区发展休闲农业具有区位、资源、产品、经济等优势,存在总体布局分散、配套设施欠完善、服务水平不高、品牌知名度低等劣势。政策支持与保障、长三角一体化、居民休闲时间增多是青浦区发展休闲农业面临的机遇,但上海市其他地区和邻省休闲农业以及其他休闲产品对青浦区休闲农业的发展构成挑战。根据分析结果,从休闲农业经营者和政府主管部门两个方面,提出了青浦区休闲农业发展的对策建议。Based on SWOT analysis, it is found that the development of leisure agriculture in Qingpu District has the advantages of location, resources, products and economy, but it also has the disadvantages of scattered overall layout, imperfect supporting facilities, low service level and low brand awareness. Policy support and guarantee, the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, the increase of residents’ leisure time are the opportunities for the development of leisure agriculture, but leisure agriculture in other areas in Shanghai and neighboring provinces and other leisure products pose challenges to the development of leisure agriculture in Qingpu District. According to the analysis results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for leisure agricultural operators and local government departments.
