摘 要:目的了解重庆市万州区石材加工行业工作场所职业危害现状,加强对石材加工企业的职业卫生管理。方法2020年在重庆市万州区开展职业卫生现场调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测,通过SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行描述性研究。结果此次调查的6家石材加工企业均为小微型企业,均设置了职业病防护设施和粉尘、噪声职业病危害警示标识;有5家企业发放了防尘口罩和防噪耳塞。经实验室检测,6家石材加工企业粉尘性质均为矽尘,总尘浓度0.83~5.51 mg/m^(3),呼尘浓度0.56~2.24 mg/m^(3),最高接触等级为Ⅳ级;噪声强度83.6~102.7 dB(A),最高等级Ⅳ级(极重危害)。结论重庆市万州区微小型石材加工厂工作场所的矽尘浓度和噪声强度超标严重,矽尘和噪声是微小型石材加工企业重点控制的职业病危害因素。Objective To understand the current situation of occupational hazards in the workplace of stone processing industry in Wanzhou District,and to strengthen the occupational health management of stone processing enterprises. Methods In 2020, the on-site investigation of occupational health and the detection of occupational hazard factors in the workplace were carried out in Wanzhou District of Chongqing,and the data were studied descriptively by SPSS 19.0 software. Results The six stone processing enterprises surveyed were all small and micro enterprises,which had set up occupational disease prevention facilities and warning signs of occupational disease hazards caused by dust and noise;Five enterprises had distributed dust masks and noise proof earplugs. According to the laboratory test, the dust properties of the six stone processing enterprises were silica dust, with a total dust concentration of 0.83-5.51 mg/m^(3),a breathing dust concentration of 0.56-2.24 mg/m^(3),and a maximum exposure level of grade IV;The noise intensity was 83.6-102.7 dB(A), and the highest level was level IV(extremely serious hazard). Conclusions The silica dust concentration and noise intensity in the workplace of the micro and small stone processing plant in Wanzhou District exceed the standard seriously. Silica dust and noise are the occupational hazard factors that the micro and small stone processing enterprises should focus on controlling.
