四川省75家放射体检机构染色体检测能力分析

摘　　要：目的分析四川省从事放射性体检的医疗机构对染色体、微核检测项目的检测能力,为进一步加强全省医疗机构放射检测总体水平提供科学依据。方法收集2021年在四川省疾病预防控制中心备案的75家医疗体检机构仪器设备、人员能力、实验环境等相关资料,并在每家机构抽取1名实验人员进行理论基础和实际操作的测试,对收集的结果进行描述性统计分析。结果75家医疗机构中公立机构55家(73.3%),私立机构20家(26.7%);实验环境方面,62家(82.7%)机构具备独立实验室和阅片室,并符合要求。在阅片分析方面,8家(10.7%)机构采用了全自动染色体分析仪,其余67家(89.3%)采用人工显微镜分析;75名考核人员中,女性47人(65.7%)、30~39岁39人(52.0%)、本科43人(57.3%)、初级职称36人(48.0%),理论成绩和实际操作达标人数占比分别为97.3%和98.7%。结论四川省75家医疗体检机构放射性体检检测能力总体不均衡,未达到整体合格,优秀率低,应进一步重视和加强全省放射体检机构整体水平的提高。Objective To analyze the detection ability of chromosome and micronucleus detection ability in medical institutions engaged in radioactive physical examination in Sichuan Province,so as to provide a basis for further strengthening the overall level of radiation detection in medical institutions of Sichuan.Methods The related data on the equipment,personnel capacity and experimental environment of 75 medical examination institutions registered in Sichuan CDC in 2021were collected,in each institution,one experimenter was selected to test the theoretical basis and practical operation,and the results were collected then analyzed by descriptive statistical method.Results Among the 75 medical institutions,55(73.3%)of them were public institutions and 20(26.7%)were private institutions.As for the experimental environment,62(82.7%)had independent laboratories and film reading rooms and met the requirements.In the analysis of reading slides,8(10.7%)institutions adopted automatic chromosome analyzer,the other 67(89.3%)institutions adopted artificial microscope analysis,Among the 75 examiners,47(65.7%)were female,39(52.0%)were aged from 30 to 39 years old,43(57.3%)were undergraduates,and 36(48.0%)of them were junior professional titles.The percentages of theoretical achievements and practical achievements were 97.3%and 98.7%,respectively.Conclusions The ability of radiological physical examination in 75 medical examination institutions in Sichuan Province is not balanced and not reached the standard,the excellent rate is low.It is necessary to pay afteution to the improvement of the level of radiological examination institutious in Sichuan Province.
