摘　　要：目的了解2021年苏州市吴江区基层医疗机构医用辐射防护现状,为改进防护策略提供依据。方法2021年采用调查表对苏州市吴江区18家基层医疗机构辐射防护情况进行现场调查,并对结果进行统计学描述。结果77名放射性工作人员的个人剂量监测率100.00%(77/77),职业健康体检率94.80%(73/77);各辐射场所设备性能检测合格率100.00%(41/41),辐射防护检测合格率100.00%(41/41);个体防护用品场所覆盖率:二级医院54.55%(6/11),社区医院及其他医疗机构达到全覆盖,辐射防护设备场所覆盖率不理想;各基层医疗机构组织架构、档案管理及制度建设全覆盖。结论苏州市吴江区基层医疗机构辐射防护现状良好,建议加强辐射防护工作管理,增加辐射防护工作投入。Objective To understand the current situation of medical radiation protection in primary medical institutions in Wujiang District 2021,to provide the basis for the improvement protection strategy.Methods The radiation protection situation of 18 primary medical institutions in Wujiang District was investigated by questionnaire in 2021,and the results were statistically described.Results The personal dose monitoring rate of 77 radiological workers was 100.00%(77/77),and the occupational health examination rate was 94.80%(73/77).The qualified rate of equipment performance test in each radiation place was 100.00%(41/41),and the qualified rate of radiation protection test was 100.00%(41/41);The coverage rate of personal protective equipment sites was54.55%(6/11)in secondary hospitals,the community hospitals and other medical institutions were fully covered.The coverage rate of radiation protection equipment was not ideal;The organizational structure,file management and system construction of primary medical institutions were fully covered.Conclusions The current situation of radiation protection in primary medical institutions in Wujiang District is good.We should strengthen the management of radiation protection and increase the investment on radiation protection.
