摘　　要：近年来,特大城市在空间规划中对社区公共空间提出了更高的量化指标要求。然而,在传统的社区生活圈规划中,服务人群通常被视为无差别的抽象个体,尚未针对不同人群的需求特征进行精准评估与差异化设计,在社区更新实践中由于缺乏整体评估和使用人群预判,导致空间同质化和使用效率低。四标四实空间系统为社区更新提供了精细量化评价的数据底座,本文以广州老旧社区公共空间为例,针对老人、育龄妇女、幼儿三类使用率高、弱势主体在整体覆盖、步行便利等方面进行测度分析,以数据构建公共空间的人群画像和活动图谱,为公平与包容的社区更新提供评价方法和设计应对。Megacities have placed greater demands on quantitative indicators for community public spaces in spatial planning. However, in the planning of living circle of traditional communities, people living in the community have not been accurately evaluated and differentiated for their needs. Besides,the lack of overall evaluation and pre-judgment of user population may lead to problems such as spatial homogeneity and low efficiency of use. Based on the context above, this paper promotes to provide a refined quantitative evaluation basis for community renewal. Firstly, by comparing the measured value and target value of community public space use under different conditions and building a quantitative system of evaluation-optimal selection-design, this paper explores an evaluation-design path including spatial performance evaluation, spatial attributes matching, crowd-spatial behavioural characteristics,differential layout and precise design. Secondly, this research takes the public space of an old community in Guangzhou as an example to measure and analyse the overall coverage and walking convenience of high-usage and vulnerable subjects such as the elderly, women of child-bearing age and young children,and uses the data to construct their portraits and activity maps in public spaces. Finally, this paper provides evaluation methods and design responses for equitable and inclusive community renewal.
