摘　　要：采用CiteSpace、BICOMB和SPSS等工具,对中国知网中高校管理干部评价研究相关文献进行多种方法的文献计量分析发现:我国高校管理干部评价研究随着政策和评价理论与方法的发展而经过了以实践为导向的评价方法探索期、以创新为导向的评价体系构建期和以改进为导向的评价体系完善期,并初步形成了高校队伍建设问题及对策研究、高校中层及党政干部评价指标体系研究和高校领导班子考评机制研究等三个热点领域。从总体上来看,研究内容比较分散,主体比较单一,指标体系和权重设计缺少针对性,评价信息采集和分析手段比较落后等。未来要进一步突破评价研究的观念,加强对岗位评价的分类研究,拓展评价主体的研究,探索新技术手段在评价中的应用,加强评价结果应用的研究。Based on bibliometric analysis of CNKI literature about management staff evaluation research in universities of China by Cite Space, BICOMB and SPSS, the progress, hotspots and trends have been explored. It is indicated that: with the development of policy and evaluation theory and method, the research of management cadre evaluation has gone through the exploratory period of practice-oriented evaluation method, innovation oriented evaluation system construction period and improvement oriented evaluation system improvement period. Three hotspots have been preliminarily formed: the problems and countermeasures of team construction;the scientific evaluation indicator system of middle-level, party and government cadres;the evaluation mechanism of principal leaders. But in general, the main problems lay on: the research content is scattered, the evaluation subject is single, the index and weight design are not targeted, and the evaluation information collection and analysis methods are not advanced. It is suggested to broken through the concept of evaluation research, strengthen the classification evaluation of posts, expand the evaluation subjects, apply the new technology in evaluation and strengthen the study of the application of evaluation results.
