摘　　要：文化自信不是自然形成的,而是随着社会生活的变迁而变化,其形成需要依循自身的内在逻辑,其培育和发展也需要阶段和过程。通过把握其生成与发展机制,科学地梳理并论证其理论构成、内在逻辑、生成机制,对于推进高校思想政治教育亲和力和实效性,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人具有重要的理论和现实意义。Cultural self-confidence is not naturally formed, but will change with the changes of social life. Its formation needs to follow its own internal logic, and its cultivation and development also need stages and processes. By grasping its generation and development mechanism, scientifically combing and demonstrating its theoretical composition, internal logic, and generation mechanism, it has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the affinity and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and training young people to take the responsibility of rejuvenation.
