摘  要:为有效解决高瓦斯矿井瓦斯治理难的问题,以漳村矿26采区2605工作面为研究背景,通过分析已回采工作面安全开采影响因素,提出“分层充填沿空留巷+高抽巷”瓦斯治理方式,即在2605工作面运输巷实施分层填充沿空留巷,封堵采空区涌出瓦斯,避免向留巷内泄漏,通过高抽巷对涌出瓦斯进行抽采。根据载荷适应性原理和变形适应性原理,建立分层充填沿空留巷围岩力学模型,给出充填墙失稳的判别临界值,研究分层充填墙力学性能和留巷期间围岩及充填墙稳定性和高抽巷的瓦斯抽采效果。研究表明:分层充填墙的稳定性受分层厚度比和充填墙宽度影响,存在最优参数组合。而高抽巷瓦斯抽采效果随着远离沿空留巷呈现先增后减的变化规律。现场观测数据表明:采用上述瓦斯治理方式后,2605工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数小于0.55%,分层充填沿空留巷内瓦斯体积分数低于0.5%,该方式能有效地进行瓦斯治理,实现高瓦斯矿井的安全开采。In order to effectively solve the gas control problem in high gas mines,this paper was based on the engineering background of 2605thworking face in 26thmining area of Zhangcun Mine to analyze the influencing factors of safe mining of the mined working face,then the gas control method constituted of sublevel filling gob-side entry retaining and high pumping roadway was proposed. It was to conduct the sublevel filling gob-side entry retaining in the transportation roadway of 2605thworking face for blocking the gas gushed out from the goaf and then leaked into the retaining roadway,and the gas is extracted through the high pumping roadway. According to the adaptability principles of load and deformation,the mechanical model of surrounding rock for gob-side entry retaining was established,and the critical value for discriminating the instability of the backfill wall was given. The mechanical performances of sublevel backfill wall,stabilities of surrounding rock during retaining and backfill wall,and gas extraction effect of high pumping roadway were investigated. The results show that the stability of the sublevel backfill wall is affected by the sublevel thickness ratio and backfill wall width,and there is an optimal parameter combination. The gas extraction effect of high pumping roadway increases firstly and then decreases with the distance from gob-side entry retaining. The field observation data show that the gas concentration at the corner of 2605thworking face is less than 0.55% and the gas concentration in the sublevel filling gob-side entry retaining is less than 0.5% after applying the proposed gas treatment method. This method can effectively carry out gas control and realize the safe mining of high gas mines.
