针刺手法国际应用现状与操作标准研制需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的 通过问卷调查探索针刺手法的国际应用情况及相关操作标准的研制需求,为标准研制工作的开展提供依据及参考。方法 采用滚雪球抽样法面向国内外相关针灸组织成员发放调查问卷。统计总体及国内外针刺手法应用现状、操作标准研制需求、针刺手法重难点及针刺手法量化需求,同时比较国内外是否存在差异。结果 共回收来自4个大洲17个国家及地区的112份问卷,其中有效问卷109份。51.4%的专家认为针刺手法的使用非常必要,61.5%的专家经常使用针刺手法,40.4%的专家对针刺手法全部熟悉,78.0%的专家认为有必要研制操作标准,82.6%的专家认为基本补泻手法最为重要,52.3%的专家认为基本复式手法是操作难点,66.1%的专家认为针刺手法需要量化,除针刺手法使用频率外其余条目的国内外选择差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 国际上针刺手法的使用呈现积极态势,目前国内外均对操作标准的研制有明确需求,标准研制应以基本补泻手法为起点与重点,同时增加量化内容。Objective To explore the international application status of needling manipulations and the demand for the development of related performance standards by questionnaire and to provide evidence and reference for the development of standards. Method Snowball sampling was used to send questionnaires to registered members of acupuncture and moxibustion organizations at home and abroad. The application status of needling manipulations, the need for performance standards, the key and difficult points in needling manipulations, and the demand for needling manipulation quantification were calculated in general, in China, and overseas, respectively. The differences between China and foreign countries were also observed. Result A total of 112 questionnaires were returned from 17 countries and regions in 4 continents, of which 109 were valid. 51.4% of the experts believe that it is highly necessary to use needling manipulations, 61.5% of the experts often use needling manipulations, 40.4% of the experts are familiar with all needling manipulations, 78.0% of the experts consider it necessary to develop performance standards, 82.6% of the experts hold that the basic reinforcing-reducing manipulations are the most important, 52.3% of the experts believe that the basic compound needling manipulations are the difficult part, and 66.1% of the experts hold that needling manipulations require quantification. There were no significant differences in selection between China and foreign countries except for the frequency of using needling manipulations(P>0.05). Conclusion There is a positive trend in the use of needling manipulations worldwide. At present, there is a clear demand for the development of performance standards at home and abroad, and the development of standards should take the basic reinforcing-reducing manipulations as the starting point and key point alongside the quantification standards.
