摘  要:目的 探讨基于碎片时间管理理念的新型教学法在肝胆外科专科医生规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 以2020年1月至2021年1月在湖南省人民医院肝胆外科接受规范化培训的90名医生为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(45人)采用常规培训方法,观察组(45人)采用基于碎片时间管理理念的新型教学法,对比两组自我效能与自学能力、理论考试与操作考核成绩、综合能力、对培训方法的认同情况。结果 培训后,观察组一般自我效能感量表评分、积极主动学习能力量表评分、理论考试与操作考核成绩、迷你临床演练评估量表评分、中文版评判性思维能力测量表评分、对培训方法的认同度均高于对照组(P<0.05),认为其教学方法能够有效提升学习兴趣、临床技能、辅助与合作能力、职业认同感及岗位胜任力。结论基于碎片时间管理理念的新型教学法应用于肝胆外科专科医生规范化培训,可有效提升医生自我效能感与自学能力、理论考试与操作考核成绩、综合能力,且医生对该培训方法的认同度较高。Objective To explore the applicated effect of a new teaching method based on the concept of fragmented time management in the standardized training of hepatobiliary surgery specialist.Methods 90 physicians who received standardized training in hepatobiliary surgery at Hunan Provincial People′s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were used as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(45) used general training methods,and the observation group(45)used a new teaching method based on the concept of fragmented time management.The self-efficacy,self-learning ability,theoretical and operational performance scores,and all-round ability to approve the training method were compared between the two groups.Results After training,the observation group′s general self-efficacy scale scores,active self-learning ability scale scores,theoretical and operational performance scores,mini-CEX scale scores,Chinese version of the critical thinking ability scale scores,and its agreements onthe training method were higher than the control group(P <0.05),agree that the teaching methods of the observation group could effectively enhance learning interest,clinical skills,assist and cooperate ability,professional identity and post competency.Conclusion The application of a new teaching method based on the concept of fragmented time management in the standardized training of hepatobiliary surgery specialist can effectively improve physicians′ self-efficacy and self-learning ability,theoretical and operational performance,and all-round ability,and their recognition of this training method is high.
