自研血管通路教学仿真模型在超声引导下自体动静脉内瘘穿刺技能培训中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨自研血管通路教学仿真模型在血液净化专科护士超声引导下自体动静脉内瘘(AVF)穿刺技能培训中的应用效果。方法 将40名血液净化专科护士随机分为对照组和试验组,每组20人。对照组采用常规方法进行培训,试验组则使用自研血管通路教学仿真模型进行培训。比较两组培训前后理论考试和操作考核成绩、穿刺自信程度、穿刺效果及患者满意度。结果 试验组穿刺成功率、操作考核成绩及患者满意度显著高于对照组。培训后,试验组穿刺自信度均显著提高,且在使用超声判断血管通路动静脉、使用超声判断血管通路针尖位置、超声引导下穿刺的自信度均显著高于对照组。结论 自研血管通路教学仿真模型应用于血液净化专科护士超声引导下AVF穿刺技能培训,可提高血液净化专科护士超声引导下AVF穿刺技能,增强其操作自信心,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of self-developed vascular access teaching simulation model in the skill training of autologous arteriovenous fistula(AVF) puncture guided by ultrasound for blood purification nurses.Methods 40 blood purification nurses were randomly divided into control group and test group,20 in each group.The control group was trained with conventional methods,while the experimental group was trained with the self-developed vascular access teaching simulation model.The results of theoretical examination and operation examination,puncture self-confidence,puncture effect and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after training.Results The success rate of puncture in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group. After training,the puncture confidence of the experimental group was significantly improved,and the confidence of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group in the use of ultrasound to determine the artery and vein of the vascular access,the use of ultrasound to determine the needle position of the vascular access,and ultrasound guided puncture.Conclusion The self-developed vascular access teaching simulation model is applied to the training of AVF puncture skills under the guidance of ultrasound for blood purification specialized nurses,which can improve the AVF puncture skills under the guidance of ultrasound for blood purification specialized nurses,enhance their operational self-confidence,and enhance patient satisfaction.
