福州某“三甲”医院住院医师规范化培训学员培训满意度调查研究

摘　　要：通过对2021年住院医师规范化培训结业学员进行问卷调查并对数据进行统计分析,讨论培训方面存在的问题并提出建议,以提高学员培训满意度,进一步完善住院医师规范化培训体系并提供参考。Through questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the data of the students who completed the standardized training of residents in 2021,the problems in training were discussed and suggestions were put forward to improve the training satisfaction of students,further improve the standardized training system of residents and provide reference.
