摘 要:针对现有采煤机旋转编码器联接结构缺点,设计了一种编码器与牵引转轴组件的新型联接方式,使用软轴来联接旋转编码器和采煤机的旋转传动件,详细介绍了联接结构和构成零部件。新型联接方式改善了旋转编码器的工作环境,提高了自动化装置的可维护性和可靠性,保证了智能化采煤机的正常运行。Aiming at the shortcomings of the connection structure of the existing rotary encoder of the shearer, a new connection mode between the encoder and the traction rotating shaft assembly was designed. The flexible shaft was used to connect the rotary encoder and the rotary transmission parts of the shearer. The connection structure and components were introduced in detail. The new connection mode improves the working environment of rotary encoder, improves the maintainability and reliability of automation device and ensures the normal operation of intelligent shearer.
