摘 要:对于寺河煤矿瓦斯抽放泵站全系统运行中的8台负压瓦斯抽放泵,在瓦斯抽放运行过程中泵体及管路内壁结晶结垢情况严重,致使瓦斯抽放泵在抽采运行过程中无法全功率运行,瓦斯抽放泵结晶结垢后增加维修维护成本。为了提高瓦斯抽放系统的高效抽放效率,同时减少瓦斯抽放泵站废水的外排,研发了一套瓦斯泵站循环水净化系统,系统采用PLC编程控制器控制系统运行,配合RO反渗透系统与中水回用系统对瓦斯泵站补充用水、析出的高杂质循环污水进行过滤。整套循环水净化系统可将循环水中的固体悬浮物滤除,降低补充水源井的水硬度,有效减少抽放泵运行过程中钙化物与钠离子结合析出的结晶物质,增大抽放泵与管路通径,为矿井井下生产提供安全保障,有效提高瓦斯抽放泵站瓦斯抽采效率。In view of Sihe coal mine gas drainage pumping station in operation of the whole system eight sets of negative pressure gas drainage pump, pump body in the process of gas drainage operation and pipe wall have crystallization fouling in severe cases, the gas drainage pump in extraction operation process cannot run at full power, gas drainage pump after crystallization fouling increases the maintenance costs. In order to improve the efficiency of gas drainage system drainage productivity, and reduce the waste water discharge of gas drainage pumping station, developed a set of gas pump stations of circulating water purification system, the system adopts PLC programmable controller control system operation, RO reverse osmosis system and gray water recycle system to supplement water, precipitation of high impurity gas station recycling sewage filtering. A complete set of circulating water purification system can be suspended solid in the circulating water filter, reduce added the water hardness of the water source and can effectively reduce the crystallized material precipitated by the combination of calcification and sodium ion during the operation of the pumping pump, improve the drainage pump and pipeline, provide security for the underground production of the mine, and effectively improve the gas extraction efficiency of the gas pumping pump station.
