摘 要:根据工程设计提出的要求,初步设计长距离带式输送机参数,利用Belt Analyst带式输送机动态分析软件,对长距离带式输送机所设参数进行起动工况和正常运行工况计算,分析参数设计和路线布置的合理性。动态分析表明:初步设计方案确定的技术参数和布置方式合理,输送机系统的稳定性和可靠性较高。动态分析的设计方法可以较为精确地描述输送机张力、速度等参数变化,为长距离优化设计选型提供了理论依据。According to the actual requirements of the engineering design, preliminarily designed the long-distance belt conveyor parameters. Used the dynamic analysis software of Belt Analyst to calculate the design parameters of long-distance belt conveyor under the starting conditions and normal operating conditions. Analyzed the rationality of parameter design and route layout. The dynamic analysis shows that the technical parameters and layout determined by the design scheme are reasonable, and the conveyor system is stability and reliability. The design method of dynamic analysis can more accurately describe the changes of parameters such as tension and speed of the conveyor,which provides a theoretical basis for long-distance belt conveyor.
