摘 要:随着煤矿智能化建设的推进,智能煤流调速系统成为矿井主运输系统的智能化建设的主要工程。智能煤流调速系统是以煤流系统为对象,根据来煤量自动调整带式输送机运行速度,从而缩短带式输送机空转时间,减少托辊、输送带等设备的磨损,降低设备耗电量,实现煤矿主煤流运输系统的智能化运行。但由于矿井的主运输系统及传动设备存在较大差异,因此需要对运输系统及经济效益进行详细分析,以确定是否适宜进行智能煤流调速系统改造。With the advance of intelligent construction of coal mine,intelligent coal flow speed regulation system has become the main project of intelligent construction of mine main transportation system.Intelligent coal flow speed regulation system takes the coal flow system as the object,according to the amount of coal,automatically adjusts the running speed of tape machine,so as to shorten the idling time of belt conveyor,reduce the wear of roller,conveyor belt and other equipment,reduce the power consumption of equipment,realize the intelligent operation of the main coal flow transportation system in coal mine.However,and there are great differences in the main transportation system and transmission equipment of the mine,so it is necessary to analyze the transportation system and economic benefits in detail,so as to determine whether it is suitable for the transformation of intelligent coal flow speed regulation system.
