摘  要:以某煤矿主斜井DTL180型带式输送机为研究对象,基于Solid Works软件的仿真建模功能,对中部传动滚筒机架进行静力学仿真,结果表明,机架立梁与斜梁的结合位置有应力集中的情况。通过结构优化在局部增加加强肋,改善了机架的应力集中,进一步统一拼焊板材的使用规格,实现机架的轻量化设计,为中部传动滚筒机架的优化设计提供依据。Took DTL180 belt conveyor of a coal mine main slant as the research object,and statics stress analysis was used on middle driving drum frame based on modeling and simulation function of SolidWorks software.The results show that there was the stress concentration between vertical beam and inclined beam.Through structure optimization,reinforcing plates were added to improve stress concentration,the use specification of the welding sheet metal was unified and lightweight design of the frame was realized,wich provides the basis for the optimization design of the middle driving drum frame.
