摘 要:针对国内外输送带钉扣机普遍存在质量过重导致携带不便的问题,对钉扣机轻量化进行了研究。首先将输送带钉扣机穿钉机构简化为四杆机构,应用复数矢量法得到各杆之间的关系,然后在ADAMS软件中构建其参数化模型,以各连杆尺寸之和最小作为目标函数,添加需要的约束条件,最后通过分析得到自变量对目标函数的影响规律。优化后,穿钉机构的各连杆总长减小了7.8%,使得钉扣机体积减小、重量有所减轻,为输送带钉扣机的轻量化便携设计提供一定参考。In view of the problem that the conveyor belt buckle-binding machine is too heavy in quality and inconvenient to carry,the lightweight of the buckle-binding machine was studied.Firstly,the nailing mechanism of the conveyor belt buckle-binding machine was simplified into four bar mechanism.The relationship between the rods was obtained by the complex vector method.The parametric model was built in ADAMS software.Took that the sum of the connecting rod size is the minimum as the objective function,and the required constraints were added.The influence law of the independent variable on the target function was obtained through the analysis.After optimization,the total length of each connecting rod of the nailing mechanism is reduced by 7.8%,which reduces the volume and weight of the nailing machine.It provides a certain reference for the lightweight and portable design of the conveyor belt buckle-binding machine.
