摘　　要：通过对ZY6800/21/45型掩护式液压支架修理过程中问题的汇总,分析了产生的原因,结合一些辅助设备的使用,对存在的问题给出了解决方案,明确了修理该架型产品的重点、难点,优化了修理工序,形成了综合性的修理方案及作业指导书,为同类型产品的修理提供了借鉴。Through the summary of the problems in the repair process of ZY6800/21/45 type shielding hydraulic support, the causes were analyzed. Combined with the use of some auxiliary equipment, the solution to the existing problems was given, and the key points and difficulties of the repair of this support type product were clarified. The repair process were optimized, and a comprehensive repair plan and operation instruction were formed, which provides reference for the repair of similar products.
