摘  要:以金凤矿00185工作面运输顺槽为研究背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟的研究方法对掘进工作面巷道临时支护支架组支护参数进行研究。通过理论分析,并考虑一定的安全系数,确定巷道临时支护强度不低于92.68 kPa,根据掘进工作面设备布置情况确定临时支护长度为12 m,并通过数值模拟对巷道临时支护参数进行了验证。在此基础上确定使用ZLQ1280/30.2/42型巷道支护装备进行临时支护。该研究为后期巷道快速掘进系统的应用提供技术支撑。Taking 00185 working face headgate of Jinfeng mine as the research background, the support parameters of the temporary support group in heading face were studied through the research methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The temporary support strength of the roadway was determined to be no less than 92.68 kPa through theoretical analysis and considering a certain safety factor, the length of the temporary support was determined to be 12 m according to the equipment layout of the heading face, and the verification was carried out on the temporary support parameters through numerical simulation. On this basis, the type of ZLQ1280/30.2/42 support equipment was determined to be used for temporary support. The research provides technical support for the application of rapid heading system.
