摘 要:现有煤矿井下连采单巷掘进工艺需要使用宽体四臂锚杆钻车进行支护作业。由于四臂锚杆钻车车体较宽,在与连采机交替作业过程中,需要连续不断开拓调车硐室,才能与连采机错车,同时宽体四臂钻车不能进行锚索及帮锚杆支护,极大地影响了掘进效率。如果使用现有的窄型两臂锚杆钻车,虽然可以省去调车硐室的开拓,但是支护效率太低。开发设计了一种窄型六臂锚杆锚索钻车,既可以省去调车硐室的开拓,又增加了钻臂数量,提高了作业效率。Existing coal mine underground continuous mining single roadway technology is necessary to use a wide body four-boom bolter for support operation. Due to the wide body of the four-boom bolter,in the process of alternating operation with continuous mining machine, continuous development of excavating chamber is required, so as to cross with the continuous mining machine. At the same time,the wide body four-boom bolter can not support the anchor cable and side bolt, which greatly affects the tunneling efficiency. If the existing narrow two-boom bolter is used, although the development of excavating chamber can be omitted, but the support efficiency is too low. A narrow six-boom bolt and anchor cable bolter was developed and designed, which can not only omit the development of excavating chamber, but also the number of drill arms is increased and the operation efficiency is improved.
