摘  要:针对瓦斯抽放泵结垢导致抽放效率下降、机械故障频发,提出采用软化水作为循环水,并采用超滤工艺去除杂质,为此研制了一套循环水处理装置。运行结果表明,采用软化、净化组合工艺能有效减少低抽放泵泵腔和瓦斯管道结垢,提高抽放效率,降低故障率。Aiming at the reduction of drainage efficiency and frequent mechanical fault caused by scaling of gas drainage pumps, proposed to use softened water as circulating water and use ultrafiltration process to remove impurities. A circulating water treatment device was developed for this purpose. The operation results show that the combined process of softening and purification can effectively reduce the scaling of the pump cavity and gas pipeline of the low-drainage pump, improve the drainage efficiency and reduce the fault rate.
