摘 要:在煤矿行业中大型机械设备被广泛使用。通过建设大型设备故障诊断系统,实现设备状态受控是当前煤炭行业中亟待解决的重要问题。而解决此问题的先决条件是获取设备运行状态数据,精确把握设备运行状态,及时、准确地对设备各类故障状态做出精准预测,依据设备当前状态和预测结果,从事后维修到预知检修,助力企业建设少人化、无人化的智能化矿井,提高煤矿井下作业人员的安全。Large mechanical equipment is widely used in the coal mining industry. Realizing the equipment state control through the construction of large equipment fault diagnosis system is an important problem which needs to be solved urgently in the current coal industry. The prerequisite for solving such problems is to obtain the equipment operation status data, accurately grasp the equipment operation status, timely and accurately make accurate prediction of various equipment fault status, and help the enterprise build an intelligent mine with fewer people and unmanned from post maintenance to predictive maintenance according to the current equipment status and prediction results, so as to improve the safety of underground operators.
