摘 要:针对煤矿综采工作面设计过程复杂、方案比选环节多、系统众多且交叉关联,无法直观审视工作面布局等问题,通过综采工作面建筑信息模型(BIM)设计流程和建模应用技术的研究,建立基于BIM的煤矿工作面统一的建模和设计体系,形成一个集地质、井巷、采煤设备、运输设备、排水设备和支护设备等为一体的工作面模型族库,实现了在BIM软件平台中进行三维可视化的工作面设计,有效提高了设计质量和设计水平,减少了设计返工。Aiming at the problems of the fully mechanized mining face of the coal mine, such as the complex design process, many scheme selection links, many systems and cross-correlation, and being impossible to intuitively examine the layout of the working face, by studying the building information modeling(BIM) design process and modeling application technology of the fully mechanized mining face, a unified modeling and design system for the coal mine working face based on BIM was established, and a working face model family library integrating geology, well alleys, coal mining equipment, transportation equipment, drainage equipment and support equipment was formed, so as to realize the three-dimensional visualization of the working face design in the BIM software platform,effectively improve the design quality and level, and reduce design rework.
