摘  要:通过探测单元设计,并配以FPGA特殊上电模式,实现了设备小型化、低功耗、耐高大气压功能,并对特殊上电模式各阶段功耗进行了计算.最后通过实验对所研制设备的功耗、耐高大气压、核测量等性能进行了测试及分析.测试结果表明:在0.7 MPa的大气压下设备最大功耗为2.35 W,整个加压及保压过程对^(90)Sr测量值的最大偏差为9.93%,该全身表面污染检测仪可满足海上综合救援高压氧舱的使用要求.On the background of comprehensive maritime rescue of nuclear accidents on the nuclearpowered ships,a set of low-power array type whole body surface pollution monitor was developed based on SIPM about the environmental requirements for the safe use of electricity(voltage≤24 V,current≤100 mA)and high pressure(0.7 MPa)in the hyperbaric oxygen chambers.The equipment has realized miniaturization,low power consumption,high atmospheric pressure resistance by an ingenious design of the detection unit and a special power-on mode for FPGA,and calculated the power consumption of each stage of the special power-on mode.The power consumption,high atmospheric pressure resistance and nuclear measurement performance of the device was tested and analyzed by an experiment.The test results showed that the maximum power consumption of the device was 2.35 W under the atmospheric pressure of 0.7 MPa,and the maximum deviation of the ^(90)Sr measurement value is 9.93%.The whole body surface pollution monitor developed fully meets the requirements for the use of a hyperbaric oxygen chamber for comprehensive marine rescue.
