摘 要:针对CARR安全棒驱动系统在调试和试运行阶段出现的问题,对CARR安全棒驱动系统进行了测试研究,掌握了CARR安全棒驱动系统的运行特性,发现了CARR安全棒提棒时间随着提棒次数的增加呈周期性变化的现象,基于此现象,提出了由提棒时间的变化来判断驱动线磨损情况以及监测驱动回路内部阻力变化的新方法,对CARR安全棒驱动系统在今后运行中可能出现的问题,提出了运行维护建议.In view of the problems of the CARR safety rod drive system during the commissioning and trial operation phases,the CARR safety rod drive system was tested and studied,and the operating characteristics of the CARR safety rod drive system were mastered.It is found that the lifting time of CARR safety rod changes periodically with the increase of lifting times.Based on this phenomenon,a new method to judge the wear of the drive line and monitor the change of internal resistance of the drive circuit by the change of rod lifting time is proposed.The operation and maintenance suggestions are put forward for the possible problems of CARR safety rod drive system in the future operation.
