摘  要:针对我国液压支架跟机移架速度试验手段缺失,无法对移架系统理论研究提供验证手段的问题,通过分析现阶段移架速度试验现状和需求以及影响移架速度的关键因素,提出了移架速度的实验室测试方法,设计了复杂阻力等效模拟系统、变阻力精确控制系统、适应供液系统、滑动摩擦力消除系统,解决了在实验室无法对复杂工况阻力进行动态调节模拟、试验供液系统无法按需供液、试验精度低等技术难题。通过实验室量化试验,实现了对移架系统理论研究数据的试验验证,对于提升移架系统性能,达到最优移架时间具有重要意义。Aiming at the problem of lack of test methods for the moving speed of hydraulic supports in our country,and it was impossible to provide verification means for the theoretical research of the moving system,this paper analyzing the current situation and requirements of the moving speed test at the current stage and the key factors affecting the moving factor.The laboratory test method for the moving speed of hydraulic supports was proposed,and an equivalent simulation system for complex loads,an accurate control system for variable loads,an adaptive liquid supply system,and a sliding friction elimination system were designed,which solved the technical problems such as the inability to dynamically adjust and simulate complex working conditions in the laboratory,the inability of the test liquid supply system to supply liquid on demand,and the low test accuracy.Through the laboratory quantitative test,the experimental verification of the theoretical research data of the rack-moving system was realized,which was of great significance for improving the performance of the rack-moving system and achieving the optimal rack-moving time.
