摘 要:本文研究了表面处理前后铜铁镍基合金阳极在电解过程中的电化学反应。1073 K下,铜铁镍基合金阳极在低温电解质(30 wt.%NaF-11 wt.%KF-52 wt.%AlF_(3)-7 wt.%Al_(2)O_(3)体系,CR=1.45)中电解时,未处理的合金阳极表面依次表现为Fe或Fe和Ni的氧化反应、Cu的氧化反应、氟化反应;处理后的合金阳极表面预先形成了Fe的氧化膜,电解过程中可以阻止或延缓一段时间内的电解质侵蚀。在电解初期,氧化膜出现生长与脱落的过程;电解一段时间后,Fe的氧化膜脱落,阳极表面主要发生Cu的氧化反应;随着电解时间的延长,阳极表面主要发生氟化反应。研究还发现表面处理后的合金阳极比未处理的合金阳极的自腐蚀电位要低,电解过程中比较耐受电解质的侵蚀。This paper studies electrochemical reaction of copper,iron and nickel-based alloy anode before and after surface treatment.At 1073 K,when the copper,iron and nickel-based alloy anode is electrolyzed in a low-temperature electrolyte(30 wt.%NaF-11 wt.%KF-52 wt.%AlF_(3)-7 wt.%Al_(2)O_(3)system,CR=1.45),the untreated alloy anode surface shows the oxidation reaction of Fe or Fe and Ni,Cu oxidation and fluoridation.While the oxidation film of Fe is preformed on the surface of the treated alloy anode,which can prevent or delay the electrolyte erosion during the electrolysis process.At the beginning of electrolysis,the oxidation film exhibits a process of growing and falling off.After a period of electrolysis,the oxidation film of Fe falls off,Cu oxidation reaction mainly occurs on the anode surface.With the extension of electrolysis time,fluoridation reaction mainly occurs on the anode surface.It is also found that the surface-treated alloy anode has a lower self-corrosion potential as compared with the untreated alloy anode,which could better withstand the electrolyte erosion during the electrolysis process.
