摘 要:在有色行业中,氧化铝厂工艺流程有大量的高压电机和供电变压器,中压供配电系统较为复杂和庞大。目前,大部分氧化铝厂中压系统采用中性点非有效接地系统,配置小电流选线装置与消弧线圈装置。现用小电流选线准确率很低,不能准确选出故障支路。发生单相接地时,采用拉回路方法查找故障支路,排查效率低,增加系统内的操作过电压次数,也间接加大了固体设备绝缘的破坏程度,引起事故扩大。为了提高供电安全性并快速找到故障原因,减少人为操作次数,本文介绍了单相接地故障管理系统选线功能工作原理和故障处理方法。In the nonferrous industry,there are a large number of high-voltage motors and power supply transformers in the process flow of alumina refineries,and the medium-voltage power supply and distribution system is relatively complex and huge.At present,most of the medium-voltage systems in alumina refineries use neutral-point non-effective grounding system,which are equipped with small current line selection devices and extinction coil devices.The accuracy rate of the current small current line selection devices is low,and it's hard to select the faulty branch circuit.When single-phase grounding occurs,the loopback operation is used to find out the faulty branch circuit,which is inefficient,increases the number of switching overvoltage in the system,and indirectly increases the damage to the insulation of solid equipment,causing the accident to expand.In order to improve the safety of power supply,quickly identify causes for the fault,and reduce the number of manual operations,this paper introduces the working principle and fault treatment method of the line selection function for the single-phase grounding fault management system.
