摘 要:热拌极薄抗滑磨耗层相比传统微表处、铣刨重铺,在提升抗滑性能方面具有更好的耐久性和经济优势。通过室内试验和高速公路应用研究,结果表明:热拌极薄抗滑磨耗层动稳定度达到5 119次/mm,冻融劈裂强度比和残留稳定度达到90%以上,高温性能、水稳定性均较好。在高速公路上的实施现场,检测摩擦系数BPN达到80,渗水系数达到1 127 mL/min,抗滑性能优异且排水效果较好。对比实施前后,试验段抗滑提升明显,实施1年后,SFC为59.5,路面无松散掉粒现象,路况保持较好。Compared with the traditional micro surfacing,milling and resurfacing,the hot-mixed ultra-thin anti-sliding wearing course has better durability and economic advantages in improving the anti-sliding performance.Through laboratory tests and highway application research,the results show that the dynamic stability of the hot-mixed ultra-thin anti-sliding wearing course reaches 5 119 times/mm.Its freeze-thaw indirect tensile strength ratio and residual stability are more than 90%.This shows that its high temperature performance and water stability are good.The friction coefficient BPN reached 80 and the seepage coefficient reached 1 127 mL/min through on-site inspection on the expressway.This shows that the skid resistance is excellent and the drainage effect is good.Before and after the implementation,the anti-sliding of the test section is significantly improved.The pavement SFCis 59.5 after one year of implementation.The road surface is free of loose particles,and the road condition is maintained well.
