摘  要:为研究Y型墩及0号块整体支架施工过程中的关键技术问题,以某主跨148 m预应力单箱三室混凝土Y墩刚构桥为工程背景,采用三维杆系单元建立支架整体模型,运用实体单元模拟分析局部应力,结合支架施工实际过程中的控制指标,研究支架体系安全性、混凝土收缩徐变影响和临时预应力束的作用效果。结果表明:Y型墩及0号块施工以支架应力和混凝土抗裂性为主要控制指标;钢牛腿锚固区为支架体系薄弱点,需采取相应的加固措施,降低钢牛腿受荷水平;采用Y型墩与0号块形成三角刚架承载,并辅以临时预应力束,可有效提高结构抗裂性,改善局部拉应力。In order to study the key technical problems in the construction of Y-shaped pier and integral support of 0# block,taking a prestressed single box three chamber concrete y-pier rigid frame bridge with a main span of 148mas the engineering background,the overall support model is established by using three-dimensional bar elements,the local stress is simulated and analyzed using solid elements,and the safety of the support system is studied in combination with the control index in the actual process of support construction.The effect of concrete shrinkage,creep and the effect of temporary prestressed tendon was also investigated.The results show that the support stress and concrete crack resistance are the main control index for the construction of Y-shaped pier and 0# block;The anchorage zone of steel corbel is the weak point of support system,and corresponding reinforcement measures shall be taken to reduce the load level of steel corbel;The use of Y-shaped pier and 0# block to form a triangular rigid frame bearing,supplemented by temporary prestressed tendons,can effectively improve the crack resistance of the structure and improve the local tensile stress.
