摘  要:高黏度改性沥青具有黏度大、延度大、软化点高、韧性高等特点,对石料裹覆能力更强,更可以有效地提高沥青混合料的黏聚力。城市道路红绿灯平交道口车辙病害处治时,采用高黏度改性的沥青材料替代传统的SBS改性沥青,混合料的疲劳寿命和变形恢复能力均有一定的改善,可以较好地提高沥青混合料的力学特性,更好地满足红绿灯交叉口沥青路面通车的抗剪切要求。工程应用表明,该混合料适用于交叉道口路面车辙处治,可为类似工程提供借鉴,也为高黏度改性沥青的应用拓展了思路。High viscosity modified asphalt has the characteristics of high viscosity,high ductility,high softening point and high toughness.When treating the rutting disease of urban road traffic lights and level crossings,high-viscosity modified asphalt material is used to replace the traditional SBS modified asphalt.The fatigue life and deformation recovery ability of the mixture are improved to a certain extent,which can better improve asphalt mixing.The mechanical properties of the material can better meet the shear resistance requirements of the asphalt pavement at the traffic light intersection.Engineering application shows that the mixture is suitable for the treatment of rutting on the road surface at the intersection,which can provide reference for similar projects,and also expand the ideas for the application of high-viscosity modified asphalt.
