摘  要:远程医疗管理可以打破地域限制,节约医疗资源,增加呼吸康复可及性,是传统呼吸康复管理的有效替代方案。远程医疗技术协助慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行呼吸康复自我管理的实施方式多种多样,但其最佳实施方式、平台尚无统一标准,实施过程也受到各种阻碍。随着移动技术、可穿戴设备的发展,以传感器、应用程序为载体,对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实时监测、智能管理,辅以虚拟现实设备进行呼吸康复运动及呼吸训练可能成为未来发展方向。但由于研究的异质性,目前远程呼吸康复管理尚无统一标准,在医疗系统中实施具有一定的挑战性,因此未来需要更多的前瞻性、多中心、大样本的研究来探索。Telemedicine management can break geographical restrictions, save medical resources and increase the accessibility of respiratory rehabilitation, which is an effective alternative scheme to traditional respiratory rehabilitation.There are various ways in which telemedicine technology can assist the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) to conduct the respiratory rehabilitation self-management.However, there is no unified standard for the best implementation method and platform, and the implementation process is also hampered by various obstacles.With the development of mobile technology and wearable devices, the real-time monitoring and intelligent management of COPD patients through sensors and application program as carriers, and respiratory rehabilitation exercise and respiratory training through virtual reality devices may become the future development direction.But due to the heterogeneity of research, at present there is no uniform standard for remote respiratory rehabilitation, the implementation in the medical systems is some challenging, so more prospective, multi-center, large-sample studies are needed to explore it in the future.
