摘　　要：睾丸扭转起病急、预后差,是泌尿外科及小儿外科最容易误诊和延误治疗的疾病之一。正确分诊、正确诊断和患者出现症状及时就医是急性睾丸扭转患者抢救成功的关键,但医护人员和患者均缺乏对睾丸扭转相关知识的认识,常常导致误诊及延误治疗,从而引起了一系列严重后果,如睾丸切除、心理创伤、不育、法律诉讼、经济赔偿等。本文从医疗条件、医护人员、患者及其家属等不同层面分析了导致急性睾丸扭转患者延误治疗的原因,并从加强基层医院医疗资源和医疗设备的投入,发展移动医疗服务,加强医护人员疾病相关知识培训,提高大众对睾丸扭转的认知等方面提出了预防该疾病延误治疗的措施。从而为提高急性睾丸扭转的诊治水平及护理质量,减少延误治疗的发生提供科学依据。Testicular torsion is one of the most likely to be misdiagnosed and delayed in treatment in urology and pediatric surgery for its acute onset and poor prognosis.Correct triage,correct diagnosis and timely medical treatment are the key to successful rescue of patients with acute testicular torsion.However,misdiagnosis and delay of treatment sometimes occur because of the lack of the knowledge of testicular torsion in medical staff or patients,resulting in such a series of serious consequences as testicular excision,psychological trauma,infertility,legal proceedings,economic compensation,etc.This paper analyzes the causes of delayed treatment for patients with acute testicular torsion from different aspects such as medical conditions,medical staff,patients and their families.And measures to prevent the delay of treatment of testicular torsion were proposed from the aspects of strengthening the input of medical resources and medical equipment in primary hospitals,developing mobile medical services,strengthening the training of medical staff on disease-related knowledge,and improving the public's awareness of testicular torsion.Thus a scientific basis will be provided for improving the diagnosis and treatment level and nursing quality for the disease and reducing the occurrence of delayed treatment.
