摘　　要：情报分析在情报工作中处于核心地位,情报分析人员的知识结构对情报分析结果有重要影响。美国情报分析理论在世界上比较成熟,研究美国情报分析人员知识结构的变迁对我国情报人才的培养具有重要借鉴意义。利用文献法、历史研究法、归纳法等研究美国情报分析人员知识结构演变,对冷战前时代、冷战时代、冷战后时代、当代4个时期进行综合评价。通过对比分析,得出对我国情报分析人员培养的启示。Intelligence analysis is at the core of intelligence work, and the knowledge structure of intelligence analysts has an important impact on intelligence analysis. The American intelligence analysis theory is the most mature in the world, so it has great significance to study the transition of knowledge structure of American intelligence analysts for the training of intelligence talents in China. By means of literature, historical research,induction, the evolution of the knowledge structure of American intelligence analysts is studied, the four periods:pre-Cold War era, Cold War era, post-Cold War era, and the beginning of the 21stcentury until now, is comprehensively evaluated, The enlightenment to the training of the intelligence analysts in China is obtained through comparative analysis study.
